Any owners of both Darn Tough & Thorlos? I like DT, they are my go to all around and outdoor socks. I've never tried Thorlos and wondering how they stack up to DT.

I had numerous pairs of thorlos that lasted 4-5 years while running ~5 times and 10-25 miles per week year-round (early 2000’s). They smelled terrible after a hard workout compared to merino wool DTs but I think they’re as tough (if not more) and my feet didn’t feel as hot. Depends on your usage. I liked them back then but I haven’t bought any in years due to the reduction of rancid-smelling shoes thanks to merino wool.
