RFI Working Line German Shepherd Breeder

Looking for a reputable breeder of working line GSD's thought I would ask here for a place to start looking. The goal is to train the dog for SAR work. Thanks.

After a long search we ended up buying a pup from Stefan Schaub at Staatsmacht (https://www.staatsmacht.com). There was a bunch of stuff I liked about their breeding program, and I didn't get the typical BS sales tactics from them that I got from other breeders. Coming from a working Bouvier, the number of breeders, bloodlines and the vast amount of information in the GSD world was overwhelming.

Bill Kulla is another breeder who has a solid program that I'd be interested in.

Where is Staatsmacht located? Bill Kulla is a name that keeps coming up in different circles. I think that might be a clue.
