Picked up a Lil native compression lock a month or so ago.

I especially love spyderco wire clips and comp locks.

I was hesitant to get it since on paper it seems dragonfly equivalent but this is a great little pocket knife.

It checks alot of boxes that I like in a pocket knife.
-2.5" blade
-comp lock
-g10 scales
-s30v steel
-wire pocket clip

The design also allows you to choke up like many spyder.

Sorry if the review came off a little rushed but I was in the waiting room and they called me.

Anyway, my fav spydies to date are the mantra 2, sage 5, and pm3.

Obviously, this knife is a much smaller package the other 3 but for every day tasks it's about perfect. The combo of the clip placement near the edge of the handle and the short handle really keeps it out of the way in the pocket. The blade is short but has great thickness. Like all compression locks it, it locks up like a vault.

If you're looking for a small edc that disappears in the pocket and won't set off any visual alarms amongst the sheep I suggest giving it a try.

Interesting. I'm a big fan of the original Native and have used one for years as a field and general EDC knife. Alas, it's a wee bit big for Chicago carry (blade length limit of 2.5") - this seems like it would be perfect. Hmm...my wife is screaming at me that I don't need anymore knives...
