need help finding video of Jacksonville cop presentation

a video was posted on PF a while ago of a power point presentation by a Jacksonville cop explaining the anatomy of a fetal shooting he was involved in. he had chased a thief out of a mall, across a highway and wound up in a shootout on the other side where he killed the man and was shot himself. the presentation he gives is very informative and well done overall but goddamned if i cant find it.
