Just a quick question regarding LAX- is there a direct route from the International Terminal to Terminal 7, or do I have to hoof it on the sidewalk*, and go back through security again?

I've got a bit more than two hours to clear Customs and cross the airport, but would like to skip the mass at the TSA line if I legally can.



*I know about the buses, and it's not worth the wait.

As of about two years ago that's finally possible. Terminals 4-8 and the international terminal are linked with bridges and tunnels. It's the dotted yellow line in this map. Be glad you aren't flying delta.

I just made that walk relatively recently. There is a decent amount of signage to tell you which way to go. The only part that was slightly unclear was leaving the international terminal to T4 you are dumped into a hallway/seating area. Basically just go forward and to the right, then look for signs overhead that tell you to make a left down the escalator into the underground tunnels that link you to T5/6/7/8.
