Posting MOV clips?

I have a couple short video clips I tried to post, but it said they were invalid files. Is there a way to post them here?

They were taken with an Iphone and emailed to me, I saved them, they played on my windows media player, and thats about the extent of my video knowledge. What do I need to do to make them post or play?

OK, I understand. I dont think I can load them in my photobucket unless they changed back to allowing sharing. I havent explored any other image sharing sites, just been loading images as attachments.

Anyone have a hosting site they use that could load the videos? I have two so far of about 4 or 5 seconds each. Waiting on another one we couldnt get to email.
