19x Lanyard removal

I got a 19x and love it. I’m not very mechanically inclined. I’ve searched the web and cannot find any instructions or videos on how to remove the lanyard. For MY situation, the 19x is the perfect pistol. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Stick your Glock punch in the hole and pop it out. I replaced mine with a Glockmeister grip plug, although it is now gone as the frame is being chopped.

Thanks. It sure looks like that is the way it should come out but I didn’t want to break something on my new favorite pistol.
