Cliff notes version:

Mandated to carry a Sig P320 Carry for one to two hours a week. Long story......attire is professional suits and occasional sport coats off the rack that have been tailored to my frame allowing for Glock 19 IWB.

- IWB preferred with adjustable cant at the 4 o'clock position/right hand draw
- Price not as important as speed of delivery/lead time
- Wanting all kydex rather than hybrid as I need minimal material in that waistband
- Comfort not as important as concealment but I don't want to be bleeding after an hour in the rig
- Must be one hand re-holster able
- Could also use an additional OWB holster for training purposes and would prefer kydex over leather. I train rain or shine and don't need anything that can't take rain/dirt

I'm a bit overwhelmed by how hard it has been to shop for one for the P320 line. I've got a dozen holsters for various Glocks that I own and I wasn't expecting this much trouble finding something.

Holsters that do work for me include Foxx Trapps, Galco Royal Guard, and other all kydex IWB models.

I was looking at a Bravo Concealment 2 for 80 deal but the Torsion IWB model didn't seem to be adjustable for cant. Was also looking at a Comp tac Ctac and another Foxx Trapp. Other companies look interesting but have long lead times.

So help a brother out if you can. Thanks in advance.

I have two of these and find them very comfortable, and the holster seems to check all your boxes:

Not personally owned, but have heard good reports on them from credible people:

I feel your pain, as I carry a P250c.

While JM, CCC, and other offer superlative products, you are going to run into issues with lead times.
As a stopgap, I've had decent luck finding in-stock stuff at Midway:

https://www.midwayusa.com/s?targetLocation=%2F_%2FN-23272%2B4294937785%3FNp%3D2%26Nr%3DAND%2528p_visib le%253A1%252Ccustomertypeid%253A1%2529%26Nrpp%3D24 %26Ns%3Dp_metric_sales_velocity%257C1%26Ntpc%3D1%2 6Ntpr%3D1&userItemsPerPage=48&persistedItemsPerPage=0

This has worked until my CCC/JM order comes in.

Four weeks is about all the time I have until transition.

What is the average lead time on JM custom?

My leads ran about 8 weeks, give or take, with JM and CCC.

Sig has a very few choices in stock. They may not trip your trigger, though.

JM Custom IWB 3 for SigP320c was a "quick ship" item for me. Very good holster bit mine is not cant adjustable.

You might check out http://www.lagtactical.com/waistband-conceal-carry-holsters/ . I've been using one of their's for a P250C and P250SC IWB. I'm not a holster aficionado but I'm satisfied. I used an RCS Phantom when I carried a G19 IWB. I liked the Phantom a little better but I've felt no need to move away from the LAG now that I've used it for quite a while. The top of the sweat shield gets a little pokey when the gun is out of the holster but that's my only complaint. I could probably tweak it to solve that if I wanted to. Their website says guaranteed 2 week production time.

Detroit Holster (http://www.detroitholster.com/store/) is advertising a 1-2 week "lead time" on lightless 8 Mile (IWB) (http://www.detroitholster.com/store/product/8-mile/) and Hastings (OWB) (http://www.detroitholster.com/store/product/hastings/) models.
I used a Hastings OWB at Tom Givens' class last year; despite the fact that they advertise a 3-5 week wait on holsters with lights, they got it to me in less than 2.

Right now, the Comp Tac Ctac has my attention. Sent the company some email questions. Still not sold on it. The Flatline mentioned above is also interesting.

More suggestions would certainly be considered as well as appreciated.

Maybe consider Tulster?

While waiting for a custom solution, I had no issues carrying at 3:30 with this:

https://www.concealmentexpress.com/products/sig-sauer-p320-iwb-kydex-holster

Shipped same day I ordered it.

After a week, I purchases the pull loops for an additional $10 and liked those better, but the clip was adequate.

I have 2 "Hybird Defender" holsters with the horsehide backing from Gunnr's Tactical Carry. Very comfortable. Love them. You can message him on Facebook or find on ebay. Had mine in a week.

Sorry, Gunnr's all Kydex would be the "Covert Defender" https://www.facebook.com/gunnrstacticalcarry/photos/a.631572183544514.1073741828.629348677100198/1421919517843106/?type=3&theater

I think the Blade-Tech Nano offers some cant adjustability https://blade-tech.com/products/nano?variant=6067010109468

I don't know if they offer it for your particular model. Blade-Tech recently did some changing. They used to offer holsters for nearly every gun ever made, but they now have a much more limited selection.

Are you 100% set on Kydex? I have a TT Gunleather IWB holster for the P320 Carry that I am going to part with. Like new, I simply no longer need it as I sold my P320C. I think I used it 2-3 times, tops.

This is both IWB and a separate OWB deal for 72.00 shipped with a ten percent LE discount.

https://www.bravoconcealment.com/collections/outside-the-waist-band-concealed-carry-gun-holsters/products/2-gun-holster-bundle-torsion-iwb-bca-owb-or-dos-iwb

Seems to check all my buttons except the cant adjustment on the IWB. All the reviews lead me to believe these are decent quality with 2 week or less ship times.

Thoughts? I probably need to order something this weekend to get some training in with it before transition. I like two separate holsters instead of configuring one holster back and forth from IWB to OWB.

30 day trial if I hate it so there's that too.

Another strong reccomendation for JM Custom, they have the Sig P320c holsters on quickship, those will work with the Carry as well.

http://www.jmcustomkydex.com/c/Sig-Holsters.html

I have the IWB #3 for my P320 and love it, also have the IWB #4, and the OWB #1, all great holsters. For your needs don't hesitate to get the OWB #3 on quickship and an OWB when convenient.

I also bought a Bravo Concealment OWB because I wanted something fast, and I am not a fan. Compared to the JM it is not even close, the details on the JM are so much better. When I grab the gun in the Bravo holster, the kydex edge jams into my middle finger because the cut on the top of the holster is too close to the grip. That's a detail that seems meaningless looking at pictures but is a big deal when you actually use it.

They make great holsters.
