I’m very happy with the GeePlate on my G43, so I’m happy to see they are now available for the subs. I missed out on the G.A.P. plates, luckily these came along.

No connection, just a happy customer!

They look like a quality product. I got a set of GAP plates years ago. Worked great until the arthritis in my little finger kept me from using them.

I just received a set of GeePlates for the G42 and G43. Installation is straightforward and easy. The fit and finish appears to be outstanding. For those times when I carry the 42 or 43 with the standard flat floor plate, I'll now use the GeePlate. It locks in my grip that much better.

Another happy Gee Plate customer here. Locks my 43 in my hand real tight, better than the factory pinky mag.

Interested.

Do you guys find your grip crammed in between the plate and the grip? I'm just wondering as I have a size M hand and was thinking this could work well for my G26.5. (Which due to shoulder injury and work, I have yet to shoot argh.)

Rich- I hope you’re back into the game soon! I also have size M hands, an no, I don’t find my grip to be crammed at all, particularly with the G43. As said by Bucky, it certainly is an improvement over the factory finger groove mag and I’d add the factory flat mag...

Biggest upside to the GAP & geeplates for me on the 26 & 43 is the improved index on the draw. Less fumble prone than the stock floor plate on the short gripped guns.

Not here. I wear an XL glove, and the grip with the GeePlate is very comfortable - not tight at all.

I just saw these on TFB. I thought they were a re-branded GAP floor plate, but it looks like this is a new company and a new product. Too bad - I thought the GAP was a great idea. and I have several. I have been looking to buy a few more to give as gifts to friends, but their web page has been down for maintenance - for a long time.

I have no idea how these new GEE plates compare to the old GAP plates, but their base plate removal tool looks very interesting.

Alright, so, who wants to go in on some of these with me? I only need one for a G26 and one for a G43 (don't see putting them on non "carry" mags), but it appears you can only buy pairs. PM me if interested...

I'd like to point that we offer 30 days money back guarantee and a life time warranty as well. Break it, even if it is your fault and we will replace it.

Anyone still using these? I ordered some to try out.

I have been considering them for the Gen 5 stubby gun. I have been a fan of the SG for a while. The more I shoot the Gen 5, the more I miss the finger groove of the Gen 2.5/3. It seems to lock the gun in place. This is what the Gee Plate is designed to do? It just seems to do it from the bottom up rather than from between the two gripping fingers. There is much to like about the Gen 5 but I miss the feel of the earlier generation's grip. The #GAP (https://pistol-forum.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=GAP) traction tape mod has kept the Gen5 in my favor but I'm considering adding the Gee Plate. It may provide the solid feel I miss from earlier stubbies.

I checked out the website. The "Lecter" tribute face mask offered for sale is interesting.

YES! I can’t imagine my 43 or 27 without them. On the 43, the gun locks in better using this and a 2 finger grip, vs the extension and a 3 finger grip. Plus, no noticeable loss of concealment like other finger extensions, which is the point of these guns in the first place. I can pocket my 43 with the Gee Plate.

If you have thick fingers that barely hang on the two finger grip it will help.

However, my fingers fit on there perfectly and because the OEM baseplate is thinner, I can snug my curled pinky up higher and tighter.

Honestly, I feel that I battle the recoil at the web of my thumb and not at the bottom of my grip with my pinky. This is also why I never saw the point of the pinky extension as all it ever did was make me want to point the gun downward.

I did the GAP traction tape mod but have not tried it live fire, I will try that with and without the GeePlates and see what I prefer.

That mask is awesome haha

Not a GeePlate, but one of the old GAP plates. They just don't work with the severe angle my monkey fingers use to grip a pistol. PM me your address and I'll drop the plate in the mail. If you don't like it, modify it or send it down the road to HD or Bucky to compare to their GeePlates.

That's very generous. I have gap and geeplate plates. I can't tell a difference. The both lock the grip. They both pinch the fire out of my ring finer.

Still a big fan for the 26 sized guns and the 43. I need to order more for the 26 mags.

Thanks, Sir! That is indeed very generous. I have 2 gee plates on the way. I will see how they do and let you know.

I installed the Geeplate tonight on my G26.5 and it definitely locks my grip in more secure both one and two handed. I can’t wait to shoot this live fire. So far I like it GeePlate

One of the instructors a while back I took a handgun class with said that a lot of people shot a 26 better than a 19 because the pinky was gripping the gun and jerking the front sight down.

I assume most here are trained enough with enough dry fire reps to only press the trigger without activating the rest of the hand.

I wonder if these would make a bad shooter shoot worse because of that phenomenon.

In my case, the Geeplate locks in my hand positioning more than anything else. I haven’t seen an accuracy difference with or without them, and my sense (not supported by a timer) is that my first round at draw is faster because of the improved positioning. I think it’s one of those things that you need to try to see if it works for your specific hand size. I’ll be sure to order a few extras next time, maybe I can do a traveling magazine thing so people can try it out.
