I can't remember which state it is, I think Arkansas, where they were expanding areas where you could conceal carry. Yay. But places that did not want conceal carry, did not have to put up a a sign like the 30.06 in Texas, because and I'm paraphrasing "We don't want criminals to know that it's a gun free zone." So...you're basically admitting that CCWs make it safer...
