I just received a mass email from ITTS (Scott Rietz) that their range suffered significant damaged in the SoCal fires. I thought you guys might be interested.

On December 5, 2017 Angeles Shooting Range was absolutely devastated by the Creek Fire. A majority of it's land, structures and equipment was turned to ash in less than 24 hours.

Angeles Shooting Range has served as one of the only outdoor shooting ranges in the Los Angeles area since 1957 and is the go-to range for numerous shooters, friends, families and organizations including Boy Scouts of America as well as numerous local and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies and private training companies all who greatly depend on the range for their firearms training needs.

The main purpose of this fund is to help raise payroll money for the the range staff who work so hard to provide a safe and friendly environment for shooters and find themselves without work during this holiday season.

I encourage everyone to make any contribution they can, small or large, which will go such a long way towards helping to support the Angeles staff!

Just some of things that perished in the fire include:

o The Main Office building
- Computers and all related equipment
- Administrative office materials
- POS equipment including cash registers
- Furniture and file cabinets
- Range merchandise
- Target stands and targets
o The Shoot House building
o The Silhouette Club building
o Maintenance sheds and equipment
o Range vehicles
- Trucks, tractors, ATVs
o Accounting/admin building

That stinks. I have fond memories of shooting there with my dad.
