Best place to buy used iPhone?

I am looking for a functional, used iPhone - preferably "plus" size. Verizon or T Mobile compatible. Do not want to buy new from Verizon or T Mobile. Any advice? Any used mobile phone reseller advice? I know I can try eBay or Craigslist.

Chain video game stores, which also specialize in used games and consoles, usually sell used phones as well. I would recommend a chain instead of a mom and pop store just so that you have a better chance of not getting scammed.
