Putting in weekly work has started to pay of for me. Along with some changes in grip and working on specific task each week I am noticing improvement. What is improvement for me can't be compared to others here and posting these pics should be taken for what it is worth. That is, if you continue to work progress will come. No goals met yet but I'm working on it. Also FWIW buying a timer is one of the best investments I've made. I can now quantify everything. Plus it adds some pressure that otherwise would not be there. Thanks guys!

From concealment. AIWB, Nothing great. But an improvement for me.

2" circle (PF target), On the timer, 6 individual shots from concealment. IE, clear cover garment, draw, one shot, holster, repeat. 5 yards. Worst time 2.17, Best time 2.06
