It uses the rear cover slots and rear sight dovetail as mounting points, so you can't have back-up iron sights or a Gadget. Also puts the sight higher than a milled slide or MOS Glock.

Might be a good way to try a RDS on a Glock, but seems suboptimal for permanent use.

looks like the Suarez mount without the iron sights. I would go with the suarez one personally:

Why not go with the original slide plate / dovetail mount, the RCS Balor ?
