I never thought I would be an apologist for our current President, but "covfefe" was, in the context of the sentence, clearly meant to be "coverage," and if one removes the letter "v," one gets "cofefe," so the President was clearly in need of some caffeine at the moment he was typing.

The next Trump-licensed product should be a Covfefe beverage. ;)

I'd bet that if Obama did it Fox News would be showing that Sheppard Fairy pic with "covfefe" on the bottom, or Hope and Covfefe.

So he fat fingered a tweet and rushed to send the message? Who hasn't done that before at any time ever? Why is this news?

Why is this news?

Because the left and non-Trump voters are making a point about it and consequently the Trump supporters are making a point about the point.

It is news because it is perfectly representative of his ad-hoc approach to his role and responsibilities.

It's news because he's not a leftist president.

It's news because the media is completely devoid of intelligence.

That is as succinct as it gets.

Because it is hilarious.

I mean it's probably the funniest and single most amusing thing POTUS Trump has done so far. Almost everyone is united in their ability to laugh at #covfefe (https://pistol-forum.com/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=covfefe) regardless of what it means. Partly, because we've all fat-fingered an email/message/text a time or two.

Y'all need to ignore the Editorial section for awhile and just head outside. And don't forget to stop and smell the covfefe.

Fair point, but he won and yes, I do have expectations. So far, way too much WTF and energy wasted on asshattery vs accomplishing what he could otherwise be accomplishing. Energy representing political capital that once burned through, will never be regained.

Did you hear her latest spiel? She blamed the media, Trump, the Russians, and even the DNC for her failure.

Ha, the same media and DNC that she manipulated in order to lock up the nomination over Sanders and then still lost?

Yeah, remember when Ronnie Raygun got us all kilt by nuclear war back in the 80's? Because he wouldn't go along with the fact that the Soviet Union was here to stay?
