Just giving props to Inova-Nite Ize customer service.
I had a two year old Inova X-5 flashlight that one LED went out on and a second LED started blinking.
I emailed Inova and they gave me a RMA#.
Three weeks later (Christmas holidays included) I have a brand new Inova X-5 light in my grubby little paws, no questions asked.
I consider that pretty good customer service.
