The Department of Defense is lowering its blood lead level standard to 1/3 of the current OSHA standard.

am I the only one thinking that this is bad? OSHA standard was good IMO, now that's risky now...

Does anyone know how much better/worse copper frangible rounds are? Active duty Air Force has been using them for pistol and rifle since 2009ish. We are told the copper isn't as bad as lead.
