Once watched a guy pull out with the fuel line still in his car. He realized it before reaching the street. Turns out it's quite expensive to pay for replacement. If I remember it was a minimum $500.

If there was a way to establish the BAC of the driver, we could start a betting pool, with some of the proceeds going to p-f hosting costs.

It was the middle of the day you say? My biggest DUI was a .28 at high noon. If the engine hadn't died, I bet that Cutlass Sierra would have made it all the way through the doors of the Dollar Store too.

I had a coworker who embraced alcohol on a level that most people can't fathom do that. He found out about his little boo boo the next morning.

I posted, IIRC, about one of those front loading dump trunks that picked up its canister over the driver and went down the street pulling down the power lines. I called 911 and the dispatcher said: OMG!

Should have filmed it but was too shocked and just watched.
