HK45c Light and/or laser

I want a rail mounted light or light/laser combo for my HK45 compact. What're my options here? An X-300 doesn't fit.

I have been waiting for surefire to make a mini light for this pistol for years. I think streamlight makes a light that fits.

I have a several year old, but still new in box, Viridian C5L around here somewhere that I'm pretty sure will fit.

People have modded Surefire X300U-As to fit the HK45C.

I'd be surprised if the Streamlight offerings wouldn't fit. The ones I've tried, including the larger lights all fit on my p2000s.

It's been years since I've had an HK45c, but despite the size similarity to the P2000, lights that fit the P2000 won't necessarily fit the HK45c...including the TLR-1.

Funny; I'm exactly opposite in that it's been a long while since I've had either HK45 variant.

I did not realize that and it's weird to me. Does it have to do with the trigger guard profile or what? Just curious now.

Part of it is the trigger guard profile (the HK45c has more of a forward angle to it). The distance from the forward mounting slot on the 45c to the trigger guard is much less than the equivalent measurement on the P2000. You can see it pretty clearly in this pic:
