Production Nylon Gear

I have a need for a nylon company to produce up to 500 of an item but may have that need to increase to 5,000 or more down the road. Do we know a company that's favored for 0-500 items?

Hill People Gear has named the company that they contract will to produce their gear before. Seems like it might have had the word spear in its name. I'm sorry I don't remember more details.

EDIT: I think the company is First Spear.

Tactical Tailor, Emdom USA and whoever makes the PIG gear for SKD Tac would be where I'd start. The other companies mentioned are bigger I think and might not do custom orders. Also Extreme Gear Labs might be an option. Eggroll makes good gear.

If the item is already designed and depending on the complexity, you might be able to contract locally with an upholsterer, sling fabricator (lifting straps), etc.

Eagle Industries is now a subsidiary of ATK along with Blackhawk. They are not the Eagle of old. Many of the prior Eagle people went to First Spear.
