FYI for anyone interested, that shot hit roughly mid-steering wheel height, near the mirror and missed the driver.

Per the report he did hit someone else in the jaw who was driving a Mercedes, they are/were in critical condition.

Guess they call it the land of fruits and nuts with good reason. Glad that a cop was nearby and was able to put the dog down before he injured more people. Hope the injured person comes out of it well.
