Looks like Apex is coming out with their own connector.

That's interesting.
What will differentiate it from the dozens of others lol

What does it do the factory version does not? I use their extractors on all my 9mm Glocks (besides the 26), but don't know what this is intended to fix.

Probably more of a rolling break like they did with the DCAEK for the M&P, Randy did admit he prefers that over a 'crisp' break.

That would be awesome if they can make it break at 4.5-5lb. I have a ZevTech connecter in a 3rd gen g17 (otherwise oem ignition parts) that has a beautiful, light rolling break. Very easy to shoot well. Way too light for carry thought - I'd ballpark it at 3.5-4lb.

I've used their trigger shoe... Was NOT impressed. The reach seemed longer and the pull heavier.

This would make a lot of sense. Randy is a long time revolver shooter/competitor/gunsmith.
I would totally try it out if that's what they are doing.
Honestly, Apex is one of those names that if they're coming out with something, I trust there is a reason and that it's not bullshit.

I'm a fan of a rolling break as well, and I also have a favorable impression of Apex, so I am going to be interested in following this.
