Ladies OWB concealed carry holster recommendation

I recently bought my wife a G19 Gen 4. I need to get her a holster for a shooting class with Ronnie Dodd. She needs an OWB kydex holster. She would also use this holster for concealed carry when wearing a coat. Any recommendations?

My girlfriend has had tremendous success with the Praetor Defense OWB holster (http://www.weaponoutfitters.com/collections/praetor-defense/products/praetor-defense-glock-19-holster-1) - but like Tam said, what works for my 5'3 girlfriend may not work for your wife.
