I'm loading 3.6 grains behind a 115 gr. bullet in 9mm which is listed as maximum. It works fine in all my 9mm except in my Glock 22 with a .40-9 conversion barrel. It just doesn't have enough moxie for reliability in that one with about a 20% failure rate but, works fine in my Glock 27 similarly converted. I have read that Ram Shot is very conservative on their load recommendations. Should I up the charge somewhat or just use a slower burning powder for a more powerful load or scrap the idea of conversion? Thanks

Looking at the data, that's listed as a +P load. Have you tried a lighter weight recoil spring?

Haven't changed springs. My data shows it to be a max load in the 34,000 range, not +P. Probably will just send the 9mm barrel down the road or go back to 5 grs. of Unique, which ran fine for 400 rounds.

Looks like RamShot is a fast burning powder - before you change the barrel you might want to try a slower powder like WSF.
