Folks at ARF (http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_6_42/463541_Powder_Coated_300_BlackOut.html&page=1) have been working with hard cast and also Hi-Tek Supercoat (http://hi-performancebulletcoatings.com) bulletcoating treated lead bullets.
This coating stays on the bullet despite being hit by a hammer (http://i1302.photobucket.com/albums/ag124/71metbu/DAVE-PC/Reloading/Powder%20Coating/20160521_151037_zpspaik9ckk.jpg) and keeps the suppressors from leading up. You do have to bell out the case mouth a bit more than you would for jacketed/plated bullets in order to avoid the case shaving the projectile but that's not a big deal.
Here's the bullets (http://palmettoprojectiles.com/products/300-blackout-projectiles) I'm considering for subsonic .300Blk casual use. $120 for 1000 bullets plus shipping. I'm going to order a sampler pack of these and just see what happens in true LL fashion
