Glock MOS cover plate

I have a G19 with a slide cut from controlled chaos arms and I'm looking to ditch the rmr. They don't offer a cover plate so I want to get one of the mos cover plates to modify to make fit. Cant seem to find them anywhere, not even as a part number through glocks parts forms. Does anyone have an idea where I can buy a couple of these plates? I appreciate the help. If this is in the wrong place I apologize.

Unfortunately those are adapter plates and not the cover plate to fill the gap.
