This boss has his heart in the right place, but his wallet is going in the wrong direction. Basically, a boss is requiring that his employees all get a CHL, and in return, he is buying each employee a Taurus Judge to carry at work. (Just let that sink in for a minute)
The news reporter points out that the 4/10 (yes, that is what he said, not .410) is a real "hand cannon". (Which is why the .410 has traditionally be used for squirrels and rabbis, due to its mega power. )
