[I posted this over at the Walther Forum, but also wanted to check with all the knowledgeable folks here...]

Just curious if anyone own both the PPS M2 as well as the compact P99c.

The PPS M2 seems like a great choice, but the P99c has its advantages:
-- same weight, but higher ammunition capacity
-- shorter overall height
-- DA/SA trigger system
-- able to use higher capacity magazines from its big brother.
-- slightly longer barrel and sight radius

Of course, the PPS M2 is slimmer.

If you've shot both, how do they compare in accuracy? It would be great to have a carry pistol that's also impressive at the range for target shooting!

I recently did a 9mm "bake off" at the local rental range (G26 vs. PX4 compact vs. PPQ vs. 226 vs. P07 vs. CZ 75 vs. 92FS) and the PPQ was easily the most accurate for me. While the PPQ isn't the same as the P99c, hopefully they have similar accuracy genetics...

For those that have carried the P99c, how well does it conceal despite its slight increase in thickness?

Any other feedback?
Thanks!

I had a P99C for a short while back in my "ooh, shiny" early gun buying days. It concealed like a rounded Glock 26. I do not own a PPS M2, but the original PPS carries... thinner. I've found the newer striker-fired Walthers to be exceptionally accurate in my hands -- frankly, I can shoot my PPS as well as my G19 at 25 yards, and some days I'll do even better. The P99C had similar accuracy potential.

You're basically asking the difference between a Glock 26 and a Glock 43. One of the two works in a belly band in business clothing for me. The other doesn't.
