Front Sight on Canik TP9 (Original -- not the V2 or SA)

In looking over the forum, I did not find this specific question anywhere.
Please forgive if I overlooked somewhere and move to appropriate thread/area if applicable...

Anyway, I have the original version of the TP9 and age has deteriorated my eyesight to the point that the front sight has become "non-visible".
I was wondering if anyone has had any success in finding/installing/using a fiber optic sight with the original rear sight on this firearm.

As far as I know, there are no aftermarket sights specifically for the TP9, but I have read that Walther PPQ sights will fit the Canik 55 TP9. A google or youtube search will find a few videos I looked at a while back.
