So I guess 2.5 lb trigger pull is normal for that gun? ;) I mean stock? Damn that's light. Very cool vid of a very cool pistol.

In your area, is it common practice to handle guns in the parking lot of the range/match?

Sorry forgot to quote the question on trigger expectations.

I only have a sample of 1 so I can not effectively answer that question. I will say that guns promoted for "competition shooting" should have appropriate triggers.

Dang nightshift...I forgot again to use the quote function to have this response make sense.

Answer to gun handling in the parking lot...

Every range and every discipline has their own thoughts on this.

When I was competing all the ranges allowed shooters to "gear up" at their cars.

I can't recall one match in my area where that's acceptable, and they explicitly tell you not to do this in the pre-match emails. They all provide a safety table/area, usually with a backstop just for this purpose.

I am betting you are speaking about USPSA and or IDPA events...This was neither and not sanctioned by either and not on the range proper. This would akin to me showing you this gun
in the driveway of my house.

I am betting you are speaking about USPSA and or IDPA events...They may be about half of the them, but certainly not all.
