Saw this at my local range today.

Outside wall of the pistol shack. The wall is plywood.

Inside opposite wall of the pistol shack, 8 yards away from the first photo.

I haven't heard of any serious injury from the locals, but damn that had to hurt. I saw a large gouge in the ceiling of the shack so I can only surmise the shooter was in the middle bay when the gun went kaboom sending parts of the cylinder through both plywood walls. I know almost nothing about reloading, but I assume that had to be the issue.

I've known a few guys who blew their firearms up. Shooters tended to be fine, fragments from the firearm went all over...

The combination of amateur reloading and Taurus metallurgy can be both explosive and moderately entertaining.

I don't know of any professional reloaders.

While Taurus is not well known for their QC I've yet to hear of issues with their metallurgy. Can you expand on that a bit? I'm always looking to educate myself a bit more.
