Don't know if anybody else saw these up on the Beretta site, P# C8A000, Safety Assy PX4 F Large LE.
Put them on my full size 9mm and they work really nice. A picture is up on Photobucket for those wanting to see how they differ from the bat-wings.

They angle up when in the fire position like the OEM safety levers, but are flat on the bottom and top like the 92 style controls. When racking, my thumb and forefinger go under pretty naturally.
When flipping them on or off, they make a world of difference for my old hands and don't appear to stick out any more than the original levers.

Good job Betetta!

Can these safety levers be set up to function as decocker only?

Yup. just pop the spring and ball bearing and it's decock only. It works so well now I didn't bother changing from an F type.
