My P30L Ultimate V4.1CH - short trigger travel swiss LEM with 10-8 Performance sights, short slide release levers, factory threaded 5.08" barrel, Taylor Freelance metal magwell and thick AL magplates:

I had TF +5 extensions also, but they didn't worked reliably with the magwell (without magwell it was flawless with some slight handle inside corners smooth filling). So currently I am waiting for the new hkparts +5 extensions.
10-8 Performance are awesome, I like the rounded cut in the rear sight and more protected fiber in the front sight. See the sights pictures below.
My springs configuration of V4.1CH - short trigger travel swiss LEM:
Conversion from V3 to V4.1CH (originaly made for Swiss police) with best springs configuration - using this one for last year, nice smooth trigger with 5 lbs pull. Trigger travel is 10 mm instead of 15 mm. Reset is the same long 7 mm.
Now waiting for Rick Holm / Lazy Wolf Guns drop in short reset trigger kit (it will work with V4.1) and flat metal trigger + slim magwell and also a compensator from Brontes Firearms for the factory threaded barrel.
V4.1CH differencial parts (available only in HK Germany, but maybe in the HK USA finally too in the spring or during 2016):
HAMMER 207934
CATCH LATCH (hammer catch) 207933
COMPRESSION SPRING (trigger bar spring) 207932
Rest of standart LEM parts and standart springs needed for conversion (all available in HK USA):
LEM hammer cocking piece - 209265
LEM elbow spring - 209275
Medium TRS (Trigger Rebound Spring) - 234773 - reset will be more positive and faster than with the light TRS which is standart in V3, but trigger will be not too mutch heavy like with the heavy TRS.
I don't recommend using a light TRS, trigger is slow in reset.
LEM Control Lever - 209274 - original from V3 is also working, you don't need to change it for this one, difference is only small cut in the back end without any function.
Light FPBS (Firing Pin Block Spring) - 209296 - definitelly must have, the heavy ones are really awful and heavy.
Sear spring - 215691 - match nickel plated sear spring (you can also use original V3 black one, but match is little bit better).
Hammer spring - 214300 - standart blue 12 lbs original from V3 (100 % reliable), 14 lbs from LEM kit (214695) is too mutch heavy for fast slide racking and completelly needless.
Sear - original sear from V3 with decocking lever, you can release cocked hammer spring anytime, I like it. LEM sear without decocking lever is part number 209320.
In the summary - use a light FPBS, medium TRS, match nickel plated sear spring, blue 12 lbs HS with V4.1CH parts and sear with or without decocker.
You can also convert any existing LEM variant to the V4.1CH and use this recommended springs weight.
I also recommend short slide release levers from P30LS for everyone with bigger hands:
Slide Release, Left - HK P30 & P30L- Shorty (http://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/Slide-Release-Left-HK-P30-P30L-Shorty-258p2486.htm)
Slide Release, Right - HK P30 & P30L-Shorty (http://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/Slide-Release-Right-HK-P30-P30L-Shorty-258p2487.htm)
And that's the inside of my P30L Ultimate V4.1CH.
How V4.1CH work:
Hammer catch is longer. Trigger travel is 10 mm instead of 15 mm. Reset is the same long 7 mm. In all LEM variant the first trigger pull is just like DA on V3 in terms of lenght, not weight. In V4.1CH you have standart 15 mm DA pull only after a shoot with empty chamber or dummy round, but when you rack the slide (or in the live fire slide cycle) trigger goes back 5 mm, hammer is out from the slide little bit and the trigger pull is 10 mm each live shot. Only if you shoot with a dummy round (or empty chamber) without slide movement, than the trigger is fully forward - hammer catch goes inside the hole in the hammer and hammer is flush with a slide and trigger travel is 15 mm and of course heavy DA. With normal live shooting hammer is always on the hammer catch and the trigger travel is 10 mm. Even if you decock hammer spring (if you have sear with decocker from V3) hammer will stay on the longer hammer catch and next shot will be 10 mm shortened DA pull. The short trigger travel V4.1 was designed for Swiss police, so they call it Swiss LEM or V4.1CH.

And finally, after half year of waiting Brontes Firearms just release (on their FB page) two pics of their upcoming muzzle break for H&K with factory threaded barrels.
It will be awailable for American and European threading too and for 9/40/45 calibers. 40 and 45 will be from steel, 9 mm will be from titanium. Design is just outstanding, even more beautifull that I was expecting.
John Wick would be envy on this :-D. This will finally finish my P30L Ultimate along with flat metal trigger + SRT kit from Rick Holm. Can't wait to put it on my P30LU :-).
