Such an obvious addition to the Colt line. I suspect in 2020 they'll introduce a 6720 with a Keymod or MLOK handguard.

I don't understand the infatuation with Colt now that you have other companies that put out a quality product for the same price. It seems that the only "Colt" thing in the above rifle are the BCG and barrel, everything else is something you could easily source yourself.

Yea, all the important stuff, including the receivers and internals. Over the years I have found that most of the stuff claiming to be as good as Colt isn't. Colt is very consistent on QC and parts quality and making things to actual spec off the TDP. I could not see how anyone would buy anything else at that price.

I like bcm a lot but my lower is colt... runs like a top. Plan on picking a OEM2 up when I get extra $...

It seems both are out of stock when you attempt to add either to your cart. Grant usually has (Out of Stock) listed right next to the price when he's out, but that doesn't seem to be the case with these two carbines. Maybe he's changed the way he updates inventory on his site. Dunno.
