Conflicting reports regarding a bomb plot and devices found at a soccer stadium and train station in Hanover Germany. Apparently German Chancellor Merkel was scheduled to attend a soccer game between Germany and the Netherlands in Hanover.

German media was reporting that an ambulance packed with explosives was found outside the stadium but German authorities are now denying the report.

Well let's hope it isn't true, but if it is my guess is that it probably isn't a militant splinter group of the Dutch soccer fans association behind it.

Where a bunch of ISIS terrs blow themselves up in a remote location while preparing their bomb.
It'd be a casualty free wakeup call to Germans and get rid of some terrs at the same time.

It wouldn't be in character for German Nationalists to indiscriminately target their own racial kin - it would go against their whole raison d'être. They *would* target their racial kin whom they regarded as race traitors.

French intelligence officials are reported to have warned their German counterparts about a potential attack, sparking a string of security alerts this evening.

The spooks told German authorities that the terrorists might strike using an explosives-laden vehicle with official access to the football stadium, such as an ambulance, TV crew van or security patrol car, reports Die Welt.

According to German newspaper Bild, a North African terror cell was planning to attack Hannover with assault rifles and suicide vests - chillingly similar to the methods used in Paris on Friday which killed 129.

They also reported an Iraqi ‘sleeper agent’ may have planned the attack.

It appears that the information provided by French intelligence/security personnel to their German counterparts was remarkably specific. Down to the city and the means. Impressive work that appears to have saved many lives. Looks like the modus operandi is to hit cities where the Head of State is for a sporting event.

The trouble is that it is the politicians who really are the biggest problem. They don't take security seriously until after lots of people get killed, and in the case of Germany they insist on taking in millions of "refugees." Many of those refugees are probably fine people. Many might even be real refugees. But a million is a huge number. If only .1% of those refugees are jihadis or jihadi sympathizers, you are going to have an enormous new problem, and you are probably going to find that at least 1% are, or have been, active jihadis who have fought in Syria and that maybe 10% sympathize with the jihadis. In Britain they call mistakes of that kind an "own goal."

I wish you guys luck because you are going to need it. So are we--and we are taking in far fewer refugees.

So even if all refuges are fine and honest people, there are still bad people who'll make use of this. Europe allready has a bunch of islamists.

I'm sure that an increasing fraction of your crime comes from foreigners, and there are going to be a lot of criminals mixed in with those "refugee" flows.

The only real answer to the Syrian refugees is to keep them in Syria in a protected zone, but what is the answer to politicians who lose control of the borders?

We have the same problem here. Our political class has no will to defend our borders or to enforce our immigration laws. The result is an increase in lawlessness (but lots of new immigrants, many of whom illegally vote for the politicians who protect them).

The entire West is committing suicide.
