This is obvious but I just buy 4x6 index cards. $15 a 1000 via Amazon Prime.

ETA, that isn't helpful if you don't have a Prime account, in that case I'd just buy them at Walmart, etc. you should still be able to get for $0.05 each or so.

Post-it makes a large post-it note that is 4x6 - don't even need a stapler. Although I've only used these indoors - wind might be an issue outside

I much prefer the thought of a stencil that I can just spray over an existing target. It allows different colors and what not.

Perfect!!! Thank a lot. And you hit the nail on the head I can print this on card stock and make a stencil or just print out the target. I really aprreciate it.
