So you are going to ditch your Silencerco to get made in TX on your stuff since you just love Texas.

Wasn't this already a thing like 10 years ago? IIRC That's what started the AAC/Larue-Kevin/Mark feud was that at SHOT; Freddy from AAC removed a suppressor from a rifle in Larue's booth and Mark went apeshit accusing AAC of spying.

Yup. Looks like it's finally happening now.

A "fanboy item" if there ever was one.

Tax stamp takes 5-7 months.. That MIGHT be enough time for them to fill the order..

When an SME here tells me that one of Larue's 7.62 guns is a "legit 10 shot, 1/2 MOA gun at 100 yards using handloads," I listen. Not sure that I need one of his cans, though. It's a very good time to be in the can market.

You know what, though? Larue is like Trump. Lots of folks don't really like him because of his arrogant personality and/or because #anti-fanboy. Still, though, like Trump there's no denying his success and Midas touch. Dude innovated lots of stuff in the industry and it's still the standard for a lot of things too. I would expect nothing less from these suppressors.

A friend of this forum is a personal friend of Larue's. This guy is also my best friend. His in person reports about Larue are glowing.

Price point and specs is what it comes down to for many.

Mark is a nice guy, his Brisket Tacos are pretty tasty too.

Tranquilo...not going to change my mind one way or another, but will be interested in hearing how these ring out. The OBR platform has been nothing shy of superb. Once you actually get one.

The gas is in the shape of Texas. I'll admit to liking that. A lot.

Definitely a good time for can buyers, except that byte time y actually get your new-hotness can in-hand, it's already old-busted.

So far, for me, the Silencerrco Omega appears to be the best thing going. If Larue makes something in that vein, I'm all ears. If not, I'm sure he'll sell thousands to his barfcom Moonies.

Don't you own AAC cans already?

Great time for can buyers and I would strongly recommend getting something in stock now.

I see that LaRue has his fan boys. However, his generosity with those who have had problems in life is evident to me. That and my aforementioned personal anecdotes about him and his rifles go a long way with me.
