Does anyone carry AIWB with an attached laser/light combo?

If so which laser light combo and which holster.

Has anyone tried this method and found that a full size laser light combo is just too big for AIWB?
For instance with the X400 or the TLR-2.

This would be in conjunction with a compact size double stack 9.

I have not, but I'm going to give it a try. Put in an order for a JMCK with X300U. I'm not sure I'll like it, but I figure I can sell it if it just has no way of ever working.

I AIWB an X400U-GN on my H&K P30LS, which also sports an RMR and extended baseplates. I use a lightly modified RCS Phantom. For reference, I am 5'8", 140 lbs., and usually wear 30" slim fit jeans (Levi's 514 for the most part) and size small t-shirts.

The pen shows the bottom of the holster. It goes right into the crease of my leg, so bending over and stuff isn't an issue. The larger cant is to minimize the printing of the extended baseplate. It might slow me down a little on the draw, but I can usually hit a 3"×5" index card at 7 yards in about ~1.7 to ~1.8 seconds from concealment.

Slightly ot, but what foam are you using for the home made "wedge" you Velcro on?

I used the Viridian X5L Gen2 for a while but it doesn't work too well under hard use.

I carried a TLR1s AIWB for a bit (roughly similar size of a streamlight/surefire laser) and its extremely difficult and very uncomfortable, even with higher end, ultra custom holsters. Some holsters give you temporary comfort but the moment you need to do anything outside of short walks and short drives, you are going to ache.

Unfortunately, right now there aren't any great options.

Right now I am looking at streamlight or surefire. I don't know who else would offer that level of customer service and warranty. Maybe the foam padding as shown by default.mp3 is what makes the difference. What holster did you use?

I used a few non-commercially available holsters (prototypes) that worked well for what they did, just were not comfortable in any way. The holster default.mp3 shows I would not be able to wear and I am just a little bit more husky than him judging from the photos.

When I was carrying GL17. I had 1 GL17 set up with crimson trace laser grips and Surefire X300. Dale Fricke's Archangel worked fairly well. It was still bulkier than without the light but doable.

Just weatherstripping foam, kept together with double-sided tape and Gorilla tape, sticks to the holster using Velcro. Been using those particular pads for at least 2 years now, perhaps more. I will note that I have carried exclusively AIWB if I'm not running a drop-leg for training, and have never tried any different holsters (my peculiar set-up leaves me little choice in the matter, anyway), so I have no frame of reference in terms of comfort, however I have been able to do 10 hour drives without too much issue, and walking around all day has also been fine.
