Similar thread posted in "Revolver" forum-just obtained (stumbled into) a like new 1979 vintage Ruger New Model Blackhawk in .357 magnum, 4 5/8" tube. I literally think the previous owner fired only one cylinderful through it, and then carried it somewhat-and lightly at that.
I tentatively prefer to standardize on 158 grain bullets for practice/fun, and wilderness carry, so I can pretty much zero once and call things good. Suggestions appreciated, as before!
