Looking for a revolver holster meeting the following criteria

This is for an OWB for a Ruger GP100 Match Champion.

MUST:
Forward cant 15-20 degree
Open top, no thumb break or hammer strap (sweat guard is fine)
"Avenger style" cut in the front (front of holster cut down to allow faster draw)
Sight tunnel
Stable on a 1.5" reinforced belt. Belt slots or slot + tunnel
Allows 1 hand reholstering
Designed for 3-4 o'clock position

Prefer:
Leather
$150-ish or less

Absolutely no:
Belt clips or paddle holsters

I'm not that familiar with the Ruger line-up, but I suspect that gun has some non-standard features that may require a call to a holster maker to make sure they cover that model. I suspect most won't list it in their on webpage.

Milt Sparks ---definitely under the 150. 10-14 week wait. I used one in the Spring of 2004 at a Thunder Ranch Revolver class (just before Clint Smith moved to OR) with great success for my Model 19.
Fast, secure, and the boning is superlative. They do not charge the card until it is about to ship. They absolutely DO NO exceed the quoted wait time. In the past, they went as far as only accepting orders the first few days of the month to stay on time but are now accepting orders anytime.
