SF POLICE CREDIT UNION TEAMS UP WITH ARMORED MOBILITY INC.
Announcing the Launch of the First Responder Loan!

San Francisco, Calif. – Aug 19, 2011 – The SF Police Credit Union (SFPCU) is collaborating with Armored Mobility Inc. (AMI), to make protective equipment purchases more affordable to its customers. On July 1, 2011 SFPCU launched the First Responder Loan. This loan was developed to enhance the challenging careers of First Responders by helping them to afford the best protection possible.

AMI a leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative threat management solutions for law enforcement and military personnel understands the benefits of SFPCU’s First Responder loan and has teamed up with SFPCU to offer the loan to its customers.

Bill Gazza, Sergeant at Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office and a 15-year member of a SWAT Team explains, "Many of the shootings Law Enforcement faces today are coming from a suspect shooting through a door or wall and the AMI shields are a great defense against that. Our SWAT Team members and deputies have a feeling of security knowing we are wearing AMI armor and carrying AMI shields. This collaboration with the SFPCU allows individual officers to finance the purchase of these outstanding tools."

"The SFPCU prides itself in serving the first responder community, states Michael Sordelli, CEO of the SFPCU. “Both AMI and SFPCU share a common goal of offering the best support to those who protect and save lives."Tony Pollace, Chairman and CEO of Armored Mobility, Inc. said “We are especially grateful to have teamed with this service-focused organization to eliminate the financial barriers for ultimate safety while serving our communities in the line of duty.”
