Glock 9mm extractor - old or new?

I walked in to my local gun shop, Virginia Arms, and walked out with (2) older LCI 9mm extractors (no narrow waist).

I'm wondering if this is old stock, and I got lucky, or they've stopped shipping the newer narrow waist extractors.

I'd be surprised if they were in stock at gun shops already, but I do believe Glock has made some changes/improvements to the extractor over the past few months.
