Sights for HK P30 L

I like the pistol but the sights are not that great for 25 meter shooting.
Gray Guns is booked up... any other places that does good work ??
I also have an HK 45 that I might change the sights on.
What after market sights will work ??
Looking to do 25 meter shooting with the P 30L and sights that will give me the best results..

I just got them in and will try to install them in the next week or so. First time sight install so to be honest I'm a little nervous.
