Pistol Class near Charlotte, NC

I want to gift my girlfriend a one day shooting class for Valentine's Day, beginners but intensive, 8 hours, 400 rounds, type of course.

Since I am new to the Charlotte area, and the variation in course quality out there, any recommendations will be highly appreciated.

These are my local dudes. I've taken a couple classes with them and been pleased with what was presented for the price. I'm especially impressed with how well they can tailor the material for a variety of skill levels and keep everybody on the line challenged. It's a bit of a schlep over to Trigger Time, but the facilities are first rate.
