My one quibble with the LCR as a pocket gun has been the grips, too tacky is the rubber part, and the Bantam boot grip is way too small.
Now I see these are out;

I see a LCR .38 in my future to test carry
Please let us know how both the grips and the pistol itself work. I keep looking at them.

First I needs me a LCR .38, although in the mean time I might buy a set for my LCR .22lr
Those are nice. Priced nicely too.

Those look like the perfect size for the 3 inch LCR/Kit Gun.

The grips are the one thing that have kept me from seriously looking at the LCR. I prefer S&W revolvers (pre-lock, or no lock for carry) but would consider an LCR if I found grips I liked. Those look promising.

I think you will like the LCR. I own one and my wife carries one daily. I have been very pleased with the functionaility and accuracy with both revolvers and have worked up a good practice reload as well as a good EDC factory load. The triggers on both revolvers are amazingly smooth and hitch-free.

I like my 357 lcr alot. I think it is the best of its class for sure. I personally enjoy the factory grips (I carry it aiwb though... so there is that) over the crimson trace grips I still have. Have you looked at the crimson trace grips chuck?

My .22lr LCR shoots like it runs off of psychic ability, way easier to shoot well than my 317, I want to see if the .38 works the same for me.

also to add, 5 star speed loaders are what I found to work best with the lcr.. not sure if that matters to you chuck
