Having used Berettas for a long time here are a few holsters that I have that will fit my Wilson Combat Brigadier Tactical.

Wilson Practical

Kramer IWB that was for a 92 GSD that I sold.Never could warm up to that pistol for some reason.The WC Beretta is a different matter.WC and Beretta changed almost everything I didn't like about the GSD.

WC is also now selling a BladeTech holster designed for the Brigadier Tactical.

Thanks! I'm looking for one that will work with a light. The Safariland site says the 6385 does but I can't find just the holster. It comes with the shroud etc. I have a belt with the QLS so I am hoping to find just the holster for sale.

Call Safariland directly. If you get a knowledgeable rep on the phone they can "create" a model by picking a holster body and attachment of your choice. They did it for me when I was helping a buddy spec a holster for Afghanistan. Wait time was over 6 weeks.

Might also ask them about a light bearing 7TS holster for the 92. The Glock version is out with the M&P on the way, maybe the 92 is en route too.
