But since the PX sold VAT69, (top shelf - aged 3 years) 1/2 gallons for the same price as a 6 pack of RCB, the LCPL mafia chose to do more, with less. Would be shameful to tarnish the memories of Thursday night FD's, and Friday 0500 PT's by drinking water. Beer. Same thing.
