Anyone know a place that sales a Safariland GL01 locking insert for a 6360 holster. So far dealing with Safariland customer-alienation phone answering people, has resulted in a variety of dead ends. I took the lock out of a spare holster, so it's not an urgent matter, but it's frustrating that Safariland has no customer service or someone that can be reached by phone to sale replacement parts.

I've always had to buy such parts from Safariland myself, but the new store over at Rogers seems to have quite a selection;

I've had good luck dealing directly with Safariland. There are a couple of tips:
1) Don't use the 800 number. Call using the standard area code.
2) Have the exact part number for your holster, not just the generic model number.

It's this piece. I managed to salvage one from a broken holster at the quartermasters.

Thanks Chuck, I didn't see them online, I'll give them a call.

That's the ALS it self. That might be a Safariland or nothing call, but Rogers is worth a call.

Safariland will sell all parts of their holsters to anyone if you can get them a part number or name.

I had a good experience with SL customer service. I called them to get a screw for my ex's duty mag carrier. Because the department armorer wouldn't give her another carrier. They sent the screw for free and I fixed it.

I've had good luck getting small parts replaced direct from Safariland. I've always spoken directly to an LE CS person or rep and gotten what I've needed.

Yeah I managed to track down an LE rep through one of the guys at the range. He's going to drop off a bunch of replacement parts at the range the next time he stops by there. Apparently he's offered in the past to supply the QM with repair parts, but the QM declined to accept them. Yet another issue to address with the higher ups that's not going to go anywhere.
