Gorka suit is something the Sovie-, uh, Russians use. It's an oversuit of sorts, used for when it's cold and wet.

I've been a special education teacher for ten years, and my wife used to specialize in interventions for students with autism. I was able to guess that an "autism" must mean a person with autism, but I've never heard the term before in my life. We just say "person with autism," or, if you're a regressive troglodyte, "autistic person."
