I hosted Tom Givens and his Rangemaster crew for Combative Pistol I this past weekend: write up (http://chiefweems.wordpress.com/2014/04/10/class-review-rangemaster-combative-pistol-i/).

They did an outstanding job. I particularly enjoyed the wholesale slaughter of sacred cows and the lack of dogmatism simply for dogmatism's sake.

Nice write-up, Chief! What a neat thing, to have a local law enforcement agency hosting a class like that.

I had the very great luck to be a class participant while the Rangemaster staff was present, and was delighted to scribble notes like a madman during the discussions. A kind, generous and patient bunch of folks.
